Josef fixed my 13-year old Breville BES820XL espresso machine, it was clogged with calcium and leaking inside. Explained everything clearly and directly. A clean & tidy workspace means Josef cares about his work and your machine. A part in my Breville machine was no longer available and he was able to source it from another machine.

We brought our 2 coffee machines in to get repaired by Josef without having an appointment and we were SO impressed by the efficient, honest and professional service we received. Not only did we get both machines back fixed on the same day (one even required several replacement parts), but Josef thoroughly explained each problem and repair job so that we knew exactly what we were paying for and what had gone wrong with our machines. He sent us step-by-step videos of the identified problems and repairs. Josef is knowledgeable and conscientious. So happy we found him. We will definitely use him for all our future repairs! We had an issue with our Breville, so we were advised to have it repaired here. The steamer had milk inside that got stuck, which caused a smell. We were advised to disassemble the machine and check whether the milk had gone beyond the steamer. The machine was returned to us with the assurance that everything was OK. After that, the machine started displaying a new error when heating milk. We were charged and the machine was returned to us with a new problem.
